SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Coverage:

• Currently shipping to United States only
• USPS/UPS carriers

Carriers:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• All orders include tracking number

Processing Time:

• Orders processed within 4-6 business days
• Processing begins after payment confirmation

Delivery Time:

• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days total
• Includes processing + shipping time
• Tracking information provided via email

Tracking:

• Tracking number emailed once order ships
• Track your order via USPS.com or UPS.com

Shipping Address:

• Ensure shipping address is correct - we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

Delays:

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier or weather conditions
• Contact carrier directly with tracking number for delivery issues

Lost/Stolen Packages:

• Contact us if package shows delivered but not received
• We will work with carrier to investigate
